Overview
Training Providers can delete Enrol forms that have not yet been started. This helps keep your form list tidy and prevents learners or employers from accessing forms that are no longer required.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Training Provider
Steps to Delete an Enrol Form
- Click Review forms from the left-hand navigation bar.
- Locate the form you want to delete.
- Click Delete next to the form.
- Click Delete again to confirm.
The form is now deleted.
Important Notes
- Only forms with the status Not started can be deleted.
- If the delete option is not visible, the form has already been opened or signed by a user.
