Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Send form to Learner

Overview

Training Providers can send forms directly to learners for completion. Once sent, the learner will receive an email containing a secure link to complete the form.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Training Provider

Steps

To send a form to a learner, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Form templates in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the form you want to send.
  3. Click Send form.
  4. Select the Learner(s).
  5. Click Send form.
  6. Scroll down and click Send form again to confirm.

The learner will receive an email containing a link to complete the form.

Alternative Method

You can also send a form via the learner's profile:

  • Navigate to the learner’s account.
  • Click Tasks.
  • Click Send New Form.
