User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Learners
Learners will be able to access Forms you send to them by clicking on the link within the email which is sent to them from the Training Provider.

Magic links
Once the learner has completed and submitted their form, the form is then sent back to the Training Provivider and then magic link will no longer be accessible
