Overview
Learners can access forms sent by their Training Provider using a secure link delivered via email. Once completed, the form is returned to the Training Provider for review.

How Learners Access Forms
Learners receive an email when a form has been sent to them. To open the form:
- Open the email received from the Training Provider.
- Click the secure link provided.
- The form will open in a browser window.

Magic Links
- Once a learner completes and submits the form, it is sent back to the Training Provider.
- The magic link in the learner’s email becomes inactive after submission and cannot be reused.
- Learners must ensure they are not logged into a Keychain when accessing a form, or they may be unable to submit it.
Tips & Notes
- If a form will not open, check that the learner is logged out of their Keychain.
- If the email isn’t received, ensure Onefile email addresses are on the learner’s safe sender list.
- Forms must be completed using the link provided—forms cannot be accessed from the Eportfolio interface.
