Overview
Training Providers can review and approve forms submitted by learners (and employers, if required). This process ensures all information is correct before marking the form as complete.
User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Training Provider
Steps to Review and Sign a Form
- Click Review Forms in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Locate the form you want to review.
- Click Review and Approve.
- Click Approve Learner.
- Select You confirm the information is correct.
- Click Mark as Complete.
Result: The form status will now show as Complete.
Learner and Employer Forms
- If the form requires both Learner and Employer completion:
- After you review the learner submission, the form is sent to the employer.
- Once the employer signs, the form returns to the Training Provider for a final review and signature.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Cannot mark as complete | Ensure all required fields have been reviewed and the confirmation checkbox is selected. |
| Form not appearing | Check your permissions and confirm the form is assigned to your Training Provider role. |
