Overview
Learners and Employers can complete forms sent to them through Enrol by accessing a secure link emailed by the Training Provider. Once submitted, forms are sent back for approval and processing.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Learner
- Employer
Steps to Access Your Enrol Account and Complete a Form
- Click the link in the email sent by your Training Provider.
- Click Start Form.
- Complete all required fields on the form.
- Click Submit Form.
- Click Confirm and Submit.
The form will now be submitted and awaiting approval.
Click Home to return to your ongoing forms.
Magic Link
If you're using a magic link, you do not need to log into your account to complete the form.
Tips & Notes
- If the form does not open, check that the link has not expired.
- Forms must be completed using the link provided—they cannot be accessed via the Onefile Eportfolio menu.
- If you are logged into a Keychain account and encounter issues, log out and reopen the link.
