Overview
You can easily unlock a completed form and return it to a previous step in the workflow. If an error is spotted after submission, the form can be unlocked and sent back for correction—there’s no need to create a completely new form.
User Roles
This process can be completed by:
- Training Provider
Steps to Unlock an Enrol Form
- Click Review Forms on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Locate the form you want to unlock.
- Click Review and approve.
- Click Unlock form (this will return the form to the previous step in its workflow).
- Confirm the unlock action.
The form will now reopen at the relevant stage, allowing the learner, employer, or Training Provider to amend the required details.
Tips & Notes
- Only fully completed forms can be unlocked—forms already in progress do not require unlocking.
- After unlocking, you may need to notify the user responsible for the next step.
- All previously entered data remains intact unless manually changed.
- Unlocking does not create a duplicate form—it simply reopens the existing one.
