Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Export completed Enrol Form to PDF

Overview

Training Providers can export completed forms as PDF documents. This is useful for audits, record‑keeping, or sharing information outside of Onefile.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Training Provider

Steps to Export a Form to PDF

  1. Click Review forms in the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click the three dots next to the completed form.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Click Download PDF.

Important: Only forms that have been completed by all required users can be downloaded as a PDF.

Tips & Notes

  • If the PDF option does not appear, check the form’s status to ensure all signatures or approvals are complete.
  • PDFs may download multiple documents depending on the form type and attachments.
