User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- User Manager
OneFile users can be suspended by following the steps below:
- Click Users in the navigation menu
- Search for the user
- Click on the user's Account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick Suspend user access - enter reason
- Type a reason for suspending the account (optional)
- Click Save
