Suspend user access

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager

OneFile users can be suspended by following the steps below:

  1. Click Users in the navigation menu
  2. Search for the user
  3. Click on the user's Account
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick Suspend user access - enter reason
  5. Type a reason for suspending the account (optional)
  6. Click Save
