User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Managers
- Internal Quality Assurer with permission
- Assessor with permission
Permissions
Mange learner accounts
- Click Users in the navigation menu
- Click the Allocations tab
- Click the checkbox of the learner(s) you want to assign the EV to
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and use the External Verifier drop-down box and select the relevant External Verifier
- Click Submit
IQA and Assessor
EQAs can be assigned to individual learners via the IQA/EQA tab on the learners portfolio
Create EQA account
EQAs can only be created by OneFile Administrators. Please contact our team at CSE@onefile.co.uk.
