Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

How do I archive a User Account?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Managers
  • User Managers

To archive the account, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Click Users in the navigation menu
  2. Search for the user
  3. Click Account next to their name
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click Archive
  5. Read the onscreen message and click Allocate caseload and tasks to this user to pick the new user
  6. Click the Archive button

Users that can be archived:

  • Trainee Assessor 
  • Assessor  
  • Internal Verifier

Reports and Lists

Archiving the user will hide them from reports and when searching, and will also re-assign any pending tasks to another user.
