Edit a learner within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Learner records in Enrol Onboarding can be updated at any time by Admins or Users. This includes editing personal details, updating employer information, and reviewing programme information. Editing ensures accuracy throughout the onboarding journey.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Admin
  • User

Steps

How to Edit a Learner

  1. Click Learners from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the learner you want to edit.
  3. Select Edit.

Edit Options

Edit Learner Information

This option allows you to update the learner’s personal details.

Edit Employer Information

This option allows you to amend:

  • The employer
  • The key employer contact

Edit Programme Information

Available options vary depending on whether RPL is being used:

  • If RPL is enabled: More programme fields will be editable.
  • If RPL is not enabled: Only the start date and end date can be edited.

Tips & Notes

  • Ensure all updates are accurate, as programme and employer information may affect onboarding workflow steps.
  • If a learner’s employer is incorrect, ensure the employer exists or import/create the correct employer before editing.
  • Users can only edit learner records where they have appropriate permissions.
