Overview
Certain terminology within Onefile Eportfolio can be customised. This allows Centres to adapt labels and role names to better reflect their organisation’s language and processes.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Centre Manager
Steps to Customise Terminology
- Log in to your Centre Manager account.
- Click Centre.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to the Terminology section.
- Edit the preferred terms as required.
Customisable Terminology

| Anticipated Completion Date | The date the Learner is expected to complete the qualification or unit |
| Anticipated Completion Dates | Collective term for the above |
| Applied Status Date | The date a status is applied to a learning aim |
| Applied Status Dates | Collective term for the above |
| Assessment | Evidence captured against specific criteria |
| Assessments | Collective term for the above |
| Assessment Plan | Tool allowing Assessors to structure learning plans |
| Assessment Plans | Collective term for the above |
| Plans | Shortened collective term for Assessment Plans |
| Assessor | User role responsible for direct assessment |

Tips & Notes
- Customised terminology applies across the entire Centre.
- Abbreviated versions are typically used in table or compact views.
- Changing terminology does not affect reporting or data structures.
