Overview
Withdrawing a learner will stop them from progressing through their Enrol Onboarding journey. This is used when a learner should no longer complete any onboarding steps.

Steps
How to Withdraw a Learner
- Click Learners from the left‑hand navigation menu.
- Click the three dots next to the learner.
- Select Withdraw.
- Click Withdraw Learner on the confirmation pop‑up.
✔️ Tip: Withdrawing a learner will prevent them from continuing their Onboarding journey.
Tips & Notes
- Withdrawing only affects Enrol Onboarding and does not delete the learner from other Onefile products.
- Learners can be withdrawn at any point before onboarding is completed.
- If a learner was withdrawn by mistake, re‑creation in Enrol Onboarding may be required.
