Will all learners automatically appear on Enrol Onboarding?

Overview

Enrol Onboarding is designed to support the initial setup process for new learners. Only learners who are newly created will appear in Enrol Onboarding. Existing learners already in Enrol will not be transferred automatically to avoid duplication of data.

Learners Who Will Appear

  • ✔️ Newly added learners

Learners Who Will Not Appear

  • ❌ Learners who already exist within Enrol

Existing learners will not pull through to Enrol Onboarding automatically. If you want an existing Enrol learner to appear in Enrol Onboarding, you must create the learner within Enrol Onboarding.

Why Don’t Existing Learners Pull Through?

Enrol Onboarding is intended for learners who are new to the system. Existing learners already have established profiles, history, and data within Enrol. Re‑processing them through Onboarding could:

  • Duplicate learner records
  • Overwrite key information
  • Disrupt existing workflow data

To protect data integrity and ensure a clean onboarding process, only new learners are brought into Enrol Onboarding automatically.
