Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Overview

This matrix outlines the permissions associated with each user role in Tracker. It helps Centres understand which actions are permitted for each role across ILR functionality.

This matrix includes the following roles:

Tips & Notes

  • Project Admin is the highest-level role with access across the full system.
  • Provider Admins and Site Admins can only manage areas within their assigned scope.
  • Power Users have strong operational permissions but cannot access administration settings.
  • Read Only users can view all permitted data but cannot make changes.
