This guide explains how to add Learner Support funding records using the Support and Bursary Funding section within a learner’s record.
Before You Begin
- If the learner has a Programme Aim, all Support and Bursary details must be recorded on the Programme Aim.
- If there is no Programme Aim, record Support and Bursary details on the individual component aims.
➕ Adding a Learner Support Funding Record
- Use one of Tracker’s Search tools to locate and load the learner record.
- Select the relevant Programme or Aims tab.
- Scroll down to the Support and Bursary Funding section.
- Click the History button.
- Select Change Current Support and Bursary Funding Details.
- Choose Learning Support from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Start and End dates for the support period.
- Click Save.
