If an account has been created with the incorrect email address or the email address needs to be changed for any reason, follow the steps below:
- Log in as Centre Manager
- Navigate to the user
- Under keychain click Unlink Account
- Next to Primary Email click Edit
- Next to the incorrect email click Remove
- Click Add new email
- Enter the correct email address
- Navigate back to the user account
- Click the Email button
This will sent a username and password to the email address on users account and when these details are used to login, the user will be walked through creating a keychain. Help on how to do this can also be found here: Keychain Registration
