OneFile Eportfolio Software Update: Tuesday 29th April 2025

On Tuesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce some enhancements and fixes.

Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

Change Primary and keychain email address

If an account has been created with the incorrect email address or the email address needs to be changed for any reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in as Centre Manager
  2. Navigate to the user
  3. Under keychain click Unlink Account
  4. Next to Primary Email click Edit
  5. Next to the incorrect email click Remove
  6. Click Add new email
  7. Enter the correct email address
  8. Navigate back to the user  account
  9. Click the Email button
This will sent a username and password to the email address on users account and when these details are used to login, the user will be walked through creating a keychain. Help on how to do this can also be found here: Keychain Registration
