Overview
The Onefile Keychain allows users to access all of their Onefile accounts using a single username (your email address) and one password. This simplifies login and account management, especially for users who hold multiple roles or belong to multiple centres.
Setting Up Your Keychain
Step 1: Verify Your Email Address
- You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address.
Step 2: Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- Accept the Onefile Terms & Conditions to activate your Keychain.
Using the same email address will automatically appear in your Keychain.
Adding Additional Accounts
- Any new Onefile accounts that use your verified email address will automatically be added to your Keychain.
- No extra setup is required—your Keychain updates itself when new linked accounts are created.
✅ Tip: Always ensure your email address is correct and up to date so new accounts appear in your Keychain automatically.
