Add an account to a Keychain

Once logged into the Keychain, follow the steps below to add an account:

1. Click or hover on your name in the top right corner

2. Click Account Settings

3. Click Add Account

4. Enter the individual account Username (for example AEXAMPLE2) - your username is usually your first initial and surname with a sequence of number(s)

5. Enter or copy and paste your Password

6. Click Add account

You can repeat these steps for all of your accounts as long as you know the username and password. If you can't remember the username and password for one of your accounts, reset your password.
