[Eportfolio] Employers are unable to sign reviews via magic link

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting some employers who are either unable to sign the review via the magic link, or are finding that signatures are missing from the review after it has been signed.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Remove an account from a Keychain

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

If a users account needs to be removed from a Keychain, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Users on the left navigation bar
  2. Search for the user
  3. Click Account
  4. Click Unlink Account

Note

We advise only removing an account from a keychain if the account is linked to the incorrect email address IE spelling mistake or the account no longer requires access.
