Overview
When learners complete a course in the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), default assessors receive a task to review completion details and confirm progress.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor and Trainee
Permissions
To view course details via the task, the user must have the VLE Tutor permission granted.
What Information Is Included in the Task?
- Learners assigned to the course
- Assigned date
- Date started
- Date finished
- Activities passed
- Progress percentage
Completing the Task
- To complete the task, click Hide on the right-hand side of the task.
ℹ️Important Notes
Use Gap Analysis to see which criteria have been covered by the course and how they count toward learner progress.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Cannot see course details | Ensure you have the VLE Tutor permission. |
| Task not appearing | Confirm the learner has completed the course and you are the default assessor. |
