Create an Assessment Plan task from the Gap Analysis

Overview

Assessment Plan Tasks can be created directly from the Gap Analysis. This allows Assessors to quickly identify unmet criteria and plan targeted assessment activities for the learner.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

How to Create an Assessment Plan Task from the Gap Analysis

  1. Scroll to the Learner Dashboard.
  2. Click Gap Analysis next to the learner.
  3. Click Filters to refine the criteria (optional).
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Select the Criteria you want to include.
  6. Click Create Assessment Plan Task.

You will now be able to create an Assessment Plan Task linked directly to the selected criteria.

Once the Assessment Plan has been generated, you can continue to:

  • Add additional tasks
  • Set the Next Planned Visit
  • Add attachments
  • Leave Feedback or Comments
  • Assign the plan to your learner by signing the Assessment Plan

Guidance on creating Assessment Plans can be found here.
