RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Create an Assessment Plan task from the Gap Analysis


  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

To create an assessment plan tasks from the Gap Analysis, follow the steps below:

  1. Scroll to Learner Dashboard
  2. Click Gap Analysis next to learner
  3. Select Filters
  4. Click Apply 
  5. Select Criteria
  6. Click Create Assessment Plan Task

You'll now be able to create the assessment plan task for your learner which links to the selected criteria.

Once the Assessment Plan has been generated, you can simply continue to add more tasks if required, set the Next Planned Visit, add further attachments, leave Feedback/ Comments and finally assign to you learner by signing the Assessment Plan.
