User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor
To create an Assessment Plan follow the steps below:
- Open the learner's portfolio
- Click Plans in the Information and Options section
- Click Create Assessment Plan
- Change the title, date of the plan and the visit type, if needed
- Change the Learners Status, if enabled in the centre settings
- Tick the Set Next Planned Visit checkbox
- Set the Start/End Date & time in the Information and Options section
- Set whether the next visit is planned to be Remote or Face-to-face
- Specify the location, if face-to-face
Activity Tasks
Creates a journal entry for reflection on learning activity.
- Click Add Task
- Click the Activity tab
- Select the person that will be writing the journal entry in the Start By drop down list
- Edit the Start Date and Due Date
- Provide task instructions, guidance or information
- Upload learning resources, if appropriate
- Click Save
Assessment Tasks
Set criteria, provide evidence, share feedback and sign.
- Click Add Task
- Set the Assessment Method
- Select the user that will be providing evidence in the Start By drop down list
- Edit the Start Date and Due Date
- Select how the evidence should be mapped
- Provide task instructions, guidance or information
- Click Select Outcomes to select the units/outcomes or the specific critera to be populated on the assessment
- Upload learning resources, if appropriate
- Click Save
- Click the Attachment icon to attach files to the plan
- Type feedback to the learner
- Complete any Custom Fields that are required
- Tick the checkbox next to your name in the Signatures section
- Click Save
