On Thursday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, Keychain login, Data exports, Engage, Courses and API to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Create an Assessment Plan

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor

To create an Assessment Plan follow the steps below:

1 - Create the Plan
  1. Open the learner's portfolio
  2. Click Plans in the Information and Options section
  3. Click Create Assessment Plan
  4. Change the title, date of the plan and the visit type, if needed
  5. Change the Learners Status, if enabled in the centre settings
2 - Set the Next Planned Visit (Optional)
Setting the next planned visit lets you schedule the date and time you're next going to contact the learner. This will appear in the learner's calendar.
  1. Tick the Set Next Planned Visit checkbox
  2. Set the Start/End Date & time in the Information and Options section
  3. Set whether the next visit is planned to be Remote or Face-to-face
  4. Specify the location, if face-to-face
3 - Add Tasks

Assessment Tasks

Set criteria, provide evidence, share feedback and sign.

  1. Click Add Task
  2. Set the Assessment Method
  3. Select the user that will be providing evidence in the Start By drop down list
  4. Edit the Start Date and Due Date
  5. Select how the evidence should be mapped
  6. Provide task instructions, guidance or information
  7. Click Select Outcomes to select the units/outcomes or the specific critera to be populated on the assessment
  8. Upload learning resources, if appropriate
  9. Click Save
4 - Complete the Plan
  1. Click the Attachment icon to attach files to the plan
  2. Type feedback to the learner
  3. Complete any Custom Fields that are required
  4. Tick the checkbox next to your name in the Signatures section
  5. Click Save
