On Tuesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce some enhancements and fixes.

Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

Assign a Written Question bank to a learner

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor

Written Question Banks can be assigned to learners by following the steps below: 

  1. Navigate to the learner’s portfolio 
  2. Click Plans
  3. Click Create Assessment Plan
  4. Click Add Task 
  5. Select the Written Questions Assessment Method 
  6. Select the Question Bank from the drop-down list 
  7. Enter the Learner Instructions 
  8. Click Save

 When you’ve completed the rest of the plan, Sign and Save at the bottom of the page. The learner will receive a task to complete the written questions when they sign the plan.
