Tasks for an Employer in Enrol Onboarding

Overview

A new Tasks tab is now available on Employer records, allowing users to send forms directly to Employer Contacts. Completed forms are automatically stored against the Employer record and can also be viewed within the Employer Portal.

This makes it easier to request, track, and manage employer-specific forms without needing to assign them through a learner record.

User Roles

This feature is available to users who have permission to manage Employer records and send forms.

Send a Form to an Employer

  1. Open the required Employer record.
  2. Click the Tasks tab.
  3. Click Send New Form.
  4. Select the form you want to send.
  5. Select the Employer Contact who should receive the form.
  6. Click Send.

The selected contact will receive an email containing the form.

Viewing Completed Forms

Once completed:

  • The form is stored against the Employer record.
  • The form can be viewed from the Employer record's Tasks tab.
  • The Employer can also view the form within the Employer Portal under the Tasks tab.

Tips & Notes

  • Only Employer-specific forms will be available for selection.
  • Ensure the Employer Contact has a valid email address before sending forms.
  • Completed forms remain accessible from the Employer record for future reference.
  • Employer Contacts can complete forms directly from the email they receive.
