Overview
A new option allows users to download all completed forms associated with a learner in a single action. This makes it easier to retain records, prepare for audits, and review completed onboarding documentation without having to download each form individually.
Note: Only completed forms are included in the download.
User Roles
This feature can be used by users who have permission to view learner forms.
How It Works
- Open the learner record.
- Locate the forms section.
- Select Download All Completed Forms.
- The system will generate a download containing all completed forms associated with that learner.
Tips & Notes
- Only forms with a completed status are included.
- Forms that are in progress, returned, or awaiting completion are not included in the download.
- This feature can help simplify audit preparation and record retention processes.
- The time taken to generate the download may vary depending on the number of completed forms.
