Delete ILP Snapshots

Overview

Authorised users can now delete ILP snapshots directly within Onefile Eportfolio without needing assistance from Onefile Support.

User Roles

• Centre Manager
• Assessor and Trainee Assessor

Permissions

The following permission controls access:

• Can delete ILP versions

Note: This permission is disabled by default.

Steps

1. Navigate to the learner portfolio
2. Click Manage tab
3. Click ILP 
4. Click Pervious Signed Versions
5. Locate the version you wish to delete
6. Click Delete

Important Information

• Deleted ILP snapshots cannot be restored.
• Only users with the required permission can delete versions.
• Consider retaining snapshots for audit purposes where appropriate.
