Create a signable copy of a learner's ILP

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor

To create a signable copy, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the learner portfolio
  2. Click the Progress tab within the Information and Options section
  3. Click ILP
  4. Scroll down the page (Current Version)
  5. Click Create Signable Copy

Completed ILP's with all required signatures will be displayed within the  Previous Signed Versions section and will remain in the learners portfolio.

If a problem is found with the information on the ILP before it is completed, it will need to be resubmitted back to the person who created the signable copy. Clicking the Reject button will send the ILP copy back to the previous user.

Updating ILP Information

The ILP is a container of information and data. If you would like to change any data before creating a  signable copy, do this on the relevant page in OneFile, not on the ILP page. Changes made since the last signed ILP version will be highlighted in the Highlight colour option set on your Profile Appearance page.
