Why can't I create a new signable copy of ILP?

It isn't possible for a new signable copy of an ILP to be created whilst the previous version remains unsigned by all required signatories. This can be easily checked by viewing the status of an ILP copy for an individual learner.

Centre Managers can can also quickly check the ILP status of all learner by visiting the reports listed below:

  • ILP Copies (Pending)
  • ILP
