On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Change a Pending Employer or Assessor Signature from an ILP

Overview

If a learner’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is awaiting a signature from an employer or assessor who is no longer linked to the learner, the ILP will remain in a pending state. This prevents you from creating another signable copy. To resolve this, you must update the signature details so the correct user can sign.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

Steps to Change a Pending Signature

  1. Reassign the previous Assessor or Employer back to the learner.
  2. Open the ILP.
  3. Scroll to the signature section at the bottom.
  4. Click Change Assessor or Change Employer.
  5. Select the new Assessor or Employer.
  6. Click Use this Assessor or Use this Employer.
  7. Remove the previous Assessor or Employer from the learner.

Important Notes

  • This process ensures the ILP can be signed by the correct user.
  • Terminology may vary depending on your Centre’s configuration.

Troubleshooting
