The Enrol Onboarding Report provides a summary of learner progress within an onboarding workflow, including completion statistics and average completion times.
Who Can Use This Feature?
- Admin
Steps
- Navigate to Dashboard.
- Select Report.
- Choose the required Workflow and Programme.
- Review the onboarding statistics displayed.
Report Information
The report displays the following information:
- Total learners on the selected workflow.
- Number of completed learners.
- Average learner completion time.
- Learner stage progress.
- All workflow stages.
- All workflow steps.
Tips & Notes
- Select the correct workflow and programme to ensure accurate reporting data is displayed.
- Average completion times can help identify areas where learners may experience delays during onboarding.
- Use stage and step information to monitor learner progression through the onboarding journey.
