Update Your Appearance Settings in Onefile Eportfolio

Overview

You can customise your Appearance Settings in Onefile Eportfolio to make the platform easier to read, more accessible, and better suited to your personal visual preferences. This includes adjusting your Theme, Colour Settings and Font.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • All Eportfolio users

Steps

1. Access Appearance Settings

  1. Log in to your Onefile Eportfolio account.
  2. Click your Name in the top‑right corner.
  3. Select Appearance.

2. Choose a Theme

You can choose from the following theme options:

  • Greyscale (Default) – Neutral background.
  • Black & White – High contrast, accessible display.
  • Dark Blue / Yellow Background – Enhanced visibility.
  • Dark Blue / Green Background – Alternative colour scheme.

✔️ Tip: Choose the theme that best supports your accessibility or visual‑comfort needs.

3. Adjust Colour Settings

Colour indicators help identify different types of progress and activity:

  • Green – Completed progress
  • Red – Not completed
  • Amber – In progress
  • Highlight – Used in signatures
  • Text box colour – Used when typing feedback

These are preset indicators, but you can change the colours to suit your preference and visual needs.

4. Customise Font

  • Font Type: Choose from Arial, Calibri, Comic Sans, Times New Roman, Verdana, and others.
  • Font Size: Choose Theme Default, Smaller, or Larger.

Preset options include: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large.

5. Save Your Changes

Once you’ve made your selections, click Save at the bottom of the page.

Additional Customisation

Some users may benefit from browser‑based accessibility extensions for additional visual adjustments. For recommendations on approved tools or best‑practice guidance, please contact your internal support team.
