Overview
If your verification link has expired, you can generate a new verification email directly from your account. The steps below explain how to resend your verification link or what to do if you are unable to log in.
Steps
How to Resend Your Verification Email
- Log into your account.
- Click your Name in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile.
- Click the Email Preferences tab.
- Click Resend Email.
If you see a ✔ in the Verified column, your email address has already been verified.
If You're Unable to Log In
Try resetting your password:
- Click here to reset your password and enter your email address.
- You will receive a password reset email containing a link to reset your keychain.
- Important: The reset link expires after 1 hour.
If You Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Email
- Check your Spam/Junk folder — the email is sent from passwordreminder@onefile.co.uk.
- If no email arrives, your email address may not be linked to your account.
- Contact your training provider to update your email — Onefile Support cannot change email addresses or passwords.
