Assign EQA to archived learner

To assign an EQA to an archived learner follow the steps below:

1. Click Users on left hand navigation bar
2. Click Allocations
3. Click Include archived learners 
4. Click Apply filters
5. Select learners from table
6. Select EQA from Allocate External Quality Assurrer
7. Click Submit

The EQA will now be assigned to the selected learners.
