Set up an EV/ EQA on my Centre

Overview

External Verifiers (EVs) or External Quality Assurers (EQAs) can be added to your Centre by the Onefile Support Team. Centre Managers must request these accounts by providing the required details. Once the EV/EQA has been created or linked, you can assign them to learners using the Allocations tab.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be managed by the following user role:

  • Centre Manager

How to Request an EV/EQA Account

Email support@onefile.co.uk with the following information:

  • The EQA name
  • The EQA email address
  • The awarding body the EQA works for
  • The name of your Onefile Centre

What Happens Next?

  1. A member of the Onefile team will contact the EQA to request confirmation that Onefile can process their data, if the EQA does not already have an account (GDPR requirement).
  2. The EQA must provide written consent (if required).
  3. Onefile will create the account or link the Centre to an existing account.
  4. You will be notified once the process is complete.
  5. You will then need to assign the EQA to learners using the Allocations tab on the Users page.

Correct Information

Any EQA request that does not contain the correct information or confirmation cannot be actioned.
