[Eportfolio] Employers are unable to sign reviews via magic link

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting some employers who are either unable to sign the review via the magic link, or are finding that signatures are missing from the review after it has been signed.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved

How do I log into my account if the link has expired?

If you're a new OneFile user or have requested a password reset and the link has expired, please click here and enter your email address. 

You'll be sent an email with a new link to reset your password and login. Please note the link will expire after 1 hour.
