Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief service interruption to Eportfolio between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

Unable to accept Terms & Conditions

Overview

If you are unable to accept the Onefile Terms & Conditions when logging in, this is usually caused by your web browser zoom level or cached data. The steps below explain how to resolve this issue.

Steps

1. Zoom Out on Your Browser

If the Accept button is not visible, try zooming out on your web browser. Guidance for adjusting zoom levels in the most popular browsers can be found here.

2. Try an Incognito / Private Browsing Window

If zooming out does not resolve the issue, open an incognito/private browsing tab and try again. Instructions for opening a private window in the main browsers can be found here.

Tips & Notes

  • Browser cache and stored cookies may block the Terms & Conditions banner from displaying correctly.
  • Using Private/Incognito mode loads the page without stored cookies, often resolving the issue immediately.
  • If you continue to experience issues, try a different web browser.

Terminology

Please note the terminology used in this article may differ depending on your Centre.
