All OneFile users now sign in using a Keychain.
A Keychain uses your email address and password and lets you access all OneFile products with one secure login.
If you already have a Keychain, just log in as normal using your email address.

Who needs to create a Keychain?
If you try to sign in using a username and password, you will automatically be prompted to create a Keychain.
This applies to any user who hasn’t already switched to email‑based login.
How to Create Your Keychain
If prompted, follow these steps:
- Enter your username and password
- Select Sign in
- Enter your email address
- Open the email we send you and click Verify OneFile Keychain Email
- Re‑enter your current username and password
- Create a new Keychain password
- Confirm your new password
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Select Create Keychain
- Log in using your email address and new Keychain password
Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive the verification email
Try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Contract your Training Organisation to make sure your email address is correct within Onefile
- Ask your IT team whether Onefile emails are being blocked
My email address is already linked to a Keychain
You may already have a Keychain for another Onefile product.
Just use Forgot Password on the login page to reset your Keychain password.
I can’t remember my old username or password
