If you receive the above error when running a learner through the FIS within OneFile ILR, we advise following the steps below:
- Log into to ILR
- Click Learners
- Search for learner
- Click on Learner
- Click Learning Delivery
- Click Edit details on the Programme aim
- Check and confirm the Learning Aim reference is correct and update if needed
