Overview
Learning Journal entries and their associated Timesheets can be edited depending on the user role and whether the user originally created the entry. Centre Managers can edit all entries, while other users can only edit entries they created themselves.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
- Learner
Steps to Edit a Learning Journal Entry and Timesheet (Learner or Assessor Who Created the Entry)
- Navigate to the learner’s portfolio.
- Click Learning Journal.
- Find the entry you want to update and click Edit.
- Scroll to the Timesheet section and click the three dots (⋯) next to the timesheet you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Make any necessary changes (optional).
- Click Save Timesheet to apply your updates.
Steps to Edit a Learning Journal Entry and Timesheet (Centre Manager)
- Navigate to the learner’s portfolio.
- Click Learning Journal.
- Find the entry you want to update and click Go to timesheet.
- Make any necessary changes (optional).
- Click Save to apply your updates.
Important Notes
- Only the person who originally created the entry can edit it.
- Centre Managers have permission to edit any entry.
