This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- IQA & Trainee
- Assessor & Trainee
- Learner
How to Export Learning Journal Entries
To export entries from a learner’s Learning Journal, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Learner's Portfolio
- Click on "Learning Journal"
- Click the "Export" button located at the top right of the page
This action will generate and download three separate CSV files:
File Breakdown
- Journal Custom Fields
Lists all custom journal fields linked to each journal entry. - Criteria
Lists all criteria linked to each journal entry. - Activities
Includes the date, time, and duration of each activity. - Journal Entries
Displays the date and time of each entry, the reflection content, and the user who created it.
