How to view when a Form was completed by each assigned user

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Training Provider

To view when a form was completed by each assign user please follow the below:

  1. Click Review Forms on left navigation bar
  2. Locate the form in question
  3. Under Date Complete you will see the Status and dates when the form was completed by each user required
