Correcting a reported issue

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Learner
  • Employer

To correct a reported issue, follow the below steps:

  1. Edit the highlighted field/s
  2. Click Confirm details
  3. Click Review form
  4. Click Submit Form
  5. Tick to confirm that the amendments you have made are correct
  6. Click Submit


Before submitting the form, you can edit your details by clicking onto the edit button instead of submit
