User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Admin

Steps

How to Assign Users

  1. Click Users from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the user you wish to assign from.
  3. Select View.
  4. Click Assign Users.
  5. Select the user you wish to assign.
  6. Click Assign.

Tips & Notes

  • Assigned users are linked within the user hierarchy for visibility and workflow management.
  • You can assign multiple users if required.
  • If a user does not appear in the list, ensure they have been created or imported into Enrol Onboarding first.
