Logging into Onefile with Microsoft SSO

Overview

You can log into Onefile using your Microsoft 365 account. This allows you to access your Onefile Keychain using your Microsoft credentials for a seamless sign‑in experience without needing a separate password.

Requirements

  • A Microsoft 365 account linked to your organisation.
  • Your Microsoft 365 email address must match the email address used to create your Onefile Keychain.

Steps to Log in with Microsoft

If You Don’t Have a Keychain

  1. Navigate to the Onefile login page.
  2. Click Microsoft.
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 login details.
  4. Allow access when prompted to authenticate with Onefile.

A Keychain account will now be created and linked to your Microsoft 365 account.

If You Already Have a Keychain

  1. Navigate to the Onefile login page.
  2. Click Microsoft.
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 login details.
  4. Allow access when prompted to authenticate with Onefile.

You can now access your Keychain using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

Linking Your Microsoft 365 Account to Your Keychain

  2. Click Personal Details on the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Click Connect with Microsoft.
  4. Enter your Microsoft 365 login details.
  5. Allow access to authenticate with Onefile.

Important: This will only work if your Microsoft 365 email address matches the email address used to create your Keychain.

Tips & Notes
