Overview
If your verification or password reset link has expired, you can generate a new one at any time. Expired links cannot be reused, so you will need to request a fresh reset email to regain access to your Onefile account.
Steps
Request a New Verification or Reset Link
If you are a new Onefile user or have requested a password reset and the link has expired, follow the steps below:
- Click here to open the password reset page.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive a new email containing a link to reset your password and log in.
Important: The link will expire after 1 hour, so please complete the process promptly.
Tips & Notes
- If you cannot find the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- The reset email will be sent from passwordreminder@onefile.co.uk.
- Your email address must be registered to your account — if not, contact your training provider.
- Onefile Support cannot change the email address linked to your account.
