Overview

If your verification or password reset link has expired, you can generate a new one at any time. Expired links cannot be reused, so you will need to request a fresh reset email to regain access to your Onefile account.

If you are a new Onefile user or have requested a password reset and the link has expired, follow the steps below:

  1. Click here to open the password reset page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. You will receive a new email containing a link to reset your password and log in.

Important: The link will expire after 1 hour, so please complete the process promptly.

Tips & Notes

  • If you cannot find the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • The reset email will be sent from passwordreminder@onefile.co.uk.
