Overview
You can now move a learner onto a different programme and workflow while carrying across eligible forms that have already been completed.
⚠️ Important: Changing a learner's programme removes their previous programme. Ensure the correct programme is selected before confirming the change.
User Roles
This feature can be used by users who manage learner records.
Using Change Programme
- Open the learner record.
- Select Change Programme.
- Choose the new programme and workflow.
- Enter a reason for the change.
- Confirm the update.
Transferring Forms
During the programme change process, eligible forms can be transferred to the new workflow.
- Completed forms can be carried across.
- In-progress forms can be carried across.
- Only forms that do not contain programme-specific information can be transferred.
- The learner's workflow will automatically advance where appropriate.
Tips & Notes
- This option is only available for learners on an Active workflow.
- A reason for the change is recorded in the audit trail.
- The learner's original programme is removed after the change.
