Resend login and skills assessment email to an Applicant

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor

To resend an Applicant their login details follow the below steps:

  1. Click Applications in the navigation menu
  2. Hover over the applicant and click the ellipsis menu
  3. Click Resend
  4. Completed editable fields
  5. Click Send application 
  • If the Applicant hasn’t set up their keychain they will receive a mail to create an account
  • If the Applicant has set up their account but forgotten their password, the RESEND will resend the password email
