Overview
Client Owners and Tutors can resend an Applicant’s login details and Skills Assessment email if the original message was not received or the Applicant needs another copy.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Client Owner
- Tutor
Steps to Resend Login and Skills Assessment Email
- Click Applications in the navigation menu.
- Hover over the applicant and click the ellipsis menu.
- Click Resend.
- Review any editable fields if applicable.
- Click Send application.
What Happens When You Resend?
- If the Applicant has not set up their Keychain, they will receive a new email prompting them to create their account.
- If the Applicant has already set up their Keychain but forgotten their password, the Resend action will send them a new password/reset email.
Tips & Notes
- Ask the Applicant to check their spam/junk folder if the email does not arrive.
- Ensure the Applicant’s email address is correct before resending.
- Resending does not affect any information they have already submitted.
