Overview
Archiving a team member removes them from the active team list while keeping their information stored for reference. Archived users can be restored at any time if needed.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Client Owner
How to Archive a User
- Click Manage your team.
- Hover over the user and click the ellipsis menu.
- Click Archive.
- Click Confirm Archive.
The user will now appear in the Archived section.
How to Unarchive a User
- Click Manage your team.
- Click the Archived tab.
- Hover over the user and click the ellipsis menu.
- Click Unarchive.
- Click Confirm Unarchive.
The user will now appear in the Active section.
